Can I reinstall Office if I buy a new computer?

I purchased Office 2003 Professional Edition to stay up-to-date. I
currently have Office 2000 installed on my 3.5 year old computer. My
intention was to use Office 2003 immediately, and re-install it onto a new
computer later. However, the "activation" requirement seems to rule out this
possibility, and I don't find anything on the website that addresses this
issue.

If it is not an OEM (preinstalled) copy, then you have the right to transfer
it to another computer. The activation process shall grant the second
activation too.

Install Office 2003 then use the telephone option to activate on the new
computer.
