Can I set up a webpage to convert pictures to thumbnails on the fl

I have a website that allows a user to upload a picture. I want the
capability of displying that picture regularly on some pages, but as a
thumbnail on others without distorting the proportions

Yes, in HTML/Code View just set the image width to 100 pixels and NO height tag/value

This was a great suggestion.

I have a Picture Album on my website where my images are 600*400 or 400*600
(except for an odd one out which is square - 600*600.)

So by setting width to 60 or 40 I can display the images as thumbnails and I
can therefore get rid of all the thumbnails
