Can I share an POP3 outlook mailbox?

I have a pop3 problem. Currently, the mail is downloaded
to one users account, but if another user logs on, the
mail is sent to that account. The mail provider does not
have an option to hold it on their server. Three users
need to see and respond to all or some of the mail. Can I
share one account that will download the mail, and have
other users open that file or folder? We have a server
available.

You can set up Outlook not to remove mail from the server, but I don't
recommend this route - POP mailboxes aren't really meant to be shared. On at
least one of the computers you will need to select 'remove from server' or
the mailbox will get full, and depending on which order the PCs check mail,
not everything will appear everywhere. I'd set up a kiosk PC with a single
Outlook profile for all users to share, or look into getting a workgroup
mail server for your office.
