Can Iwen Isave,in office & ITwil save automaticaly in diferent loc

Basically i want it to save automatically in different locations.So that it
can be like a backup system and overite the originall and keep the
information up to date.

Some individual office apps have an option to create an auto backup others
can be set to remind you to save.
But none of these replace a proper backup regime. You may have a default win
backup built in to your o/s or you can find any number of backup apps.
