Hi there,
Can MS Project automatically control and prevent a resource
overallocation?
Let's say, I've got 5 tasks assigned to a person "A". Those tasks are
not on the critical path and there is no link between any of them.
Thus, I don't care in which order will be accomplished (I'd like to
avoid defining predecessors), but what is important for me - next task
should start as soon as "A" will be available (not exceed 100%). If
each tasks takes 1 day, and project starts by 01/01: 1st tasks starts
by 01/01, 2nd - 01/02, 3rd 01/03, 4th 01/04 etc. BUT if I will define
3rd task to start by 03/10, tasks 4th should be rescheduled
automaticaly on 01/03.
How can I do that?
Thank you,
MB
