can not find ?my past emails

I have reinstalled outlook express. When I look for my past email I can find
the .Pst files on my back ups but how do I reinstall my received, sent
emails. I have reinstalled my address book

Assuming outlook, and not outlook Express, you open the pst(s) in OL
The pst's should be located on a hd, and the read only flag off.
PS: Outlook doesnt use the Address Book, so are we really referring to OL
not OE?

Outlook Express doesn't use PST files.

I have outlook express on my reformatted "C" Drive. I was able to reimport
my address from were I had backed them up in a separate address file. At a
later stage I dumped the contents of my "C" drive on to my "F" drive. I now
whant to reinstall from the "F" drive. When I try to do this it only seems to
read my "C" drive. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe OL needs to be set up, with the pst files, before you can import
in OE
But then you still havent stated whether you were actually using OL before
