how are you doing?

i am having problems trying to send e-mails (not receiving, i can
receive) using outlook xp (pop3)...i have try everything...can you guys
help me?...my os is windows xp pro edition...could be the problem a
security issue?

Well, did you use your ISP's SMTP server as the outgoing mail server?
