can only run as administrator

Installed Publisher 2000 to W2K client. Will run correctly
if logged on as administrator but not as standard user. Is
there a way to resolve this other than making users power
users or administrators on client machine.

When I said logged on as an administrator I should have
specified that I was logged on to the client machine as a
local administrator. Publisher is being run on the client
machine.
Thanks anyway.

PS: As for the other reply from Bruce, it is sad that the
first time I use such a newsgroup I find sad people like
yourself , get a life.

I suggest you learn what a 'signature' is - Bruce was the author of the
quote in JoAnn's sig.

Many thanks but I am not installing on Terminal Service s
Server .The software is being installed on PCs running
W2K. I had a similar problem with Organisational Charts in
Powerpoint where two files are created the first time you
use the chart feature and the permissions need to be
changed in accordance with Microsoft fix. I am wondering
if this is a similar situation. Can find no answers
anywhere.
Many thanks for your assistance.
