can outlook support two pop3 accounts at the same time?

I have two seperate pop3 email accounts but whenever I try to add a second
one it doesnt appear. How to fix this problem?

Yes, Outlook 98/2003 can support multiple POP3 accounts in the same profile.
What version of Outlook are you using and/or have you tried creating a new
profile (don't copy the old one) via the mail applet in the control panel?
