can someone help me set up my outlook 2003?

i am afirst time user to outlook and I need assistance in setting up my
software. Example where do I find my pop 3 mail service. This is all new to
me, but I am willing to learn

pop3 and smtp settings are provided by your ISP.
Usually their web help pages have info for setting up Outlook Express, the
account settings are the same for Outlook
