I need to make mailing labels for my wedding but I when I try it just
duplicates them. I do not need retun addresses, just mailing labels, so I do
not need to write them all out.

Maybe the following articles will
get you started:

If you must have the names and addresses computer generated, why not use mail
merge with your envelopes? That way the names and addresses are more likely be
straight and will look more elegant.

at the very least!...maybe also use a script type font.

Not just gauche but it says "I want you to attend my wedding and bring a
gift but I don't have the time to address your envelope myself."

Invite your bridesmaids and your mom over and have a envelope addressing
party. No mimosas though.

Are you saying that the Post Office will accept my very poor handwriting over a
script font generated by the computer? I looked all over the USPS web site and
did not find one mention of script fonts except the Post Office will accept
them.

man if it can read my wife's handwriting I would think it could read a
uniform simple script font...besides I've received mailing like this - they
use a script font to make you think it's personal but when you open it it's
an invitation to something you have to pay for.
