When i right click on the fields in a folder and go to
format columns, when i click on a certain field, lets
say, "status". On the right pane, there's a pull down
menu for format. It only says "Text with popup list".
However, when i go to another folder and do the same
thing, the pulldown menu for format says, "text" only.
That is what i want, because the attachments i put in
that folder (excel files), if u go to the properties and
go to custom, i have a "status" field there with the
format as "text" and a value assigned to it. Because in
outlook the format is "text with popup list", the value
does not show up in outlook as it would if the format was
just "text". I hope i was clear enough, and that someone
could help me with this issue. Thank you.
