cannot find local settings

I am trying to find "C:\Documents and Settings\"yourID"\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook", but cannot see "local Settings" and so cannot progress. Please help.

If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, it's a hidden folder -- you'd have to
enable searching in hidden folders if you're doing a search, or turn on
hidden folders in Windows (but it's probably a good idea to keep them hidden
when not needed).
