Cannot Open .wav attachment in Outlook 2002

Having problems openning and saving Unity (.wav) files
received via Outlook 2002. Receive the following Warining
Message: "Cannot save the attachement. Can't creat file:
VoiceMessage.wav. Right-click the folder you want to
creat the file in, and then click the Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
