Cannot Paste from Outlook email

I currently cannot copy and paste directly from my Outlook HTML email into
any field of my form.(textbox, rich text box, ...)
I can paste this information into any other program, and can paste plain
text into the form.
Is there some setting I can change to allow me to copy and paste directly
from my email?
