Can't change dates when creating a new task

When using Microsoft Project web access I can't modify the start and finish
dates when I create the new task.

I click on the field and it shows a drop down arrow but if I try click on
it, the calendar won't show up. I can click to highlight the defaulted
date(today's date) and when I try type a different date it just defaults it
to the current date. There is no way to modify the start or finish date when
creating a new task.

Has anybody seen this issue before?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Clint

Suggest you post your question in the Server group. There are a couple of
issues though - one is that you shouldn't be entering start and finish dates
for tasks anyway - Project's job is to calculate and tell you when a task
can occur, not just to document when you think it ought to occur. Secondly,
adding tasks is the PM's job and creating and editing the plan requires the
full MS Project Professional desktop software and not just Web Access AFAIK.
