Can't Delete Named Range

I have a few stuck named ranges. I can't seem to delete. I add a new
range with the same name and it's added to the list. I select the bad
one, delete it, however, the good one is actually deleted while tha
bad one stays.

Any ideas on how to get rid of these?

Delete the bad name first.
