Can't edit a document

I tried to put a cursor on some words I tried to change,
but the cursor went back to the top all the time. Is this
document protected? Anybody has any idea to solve this
mystery. This document is created by other people.

Thanks a bunch!

It sounds like it is protected. Tools|Unprotect, if you're prompted for a
password then you're out of luck.
