cant find 511975.outfltr.msp

Outlook suddenly stopped working, it keeps asking for this file C:\Program
Files\OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511975

This folder doesn't exist.

I can't un-install or repair Office because this keeps popping up. I am on
SP1.

Hi, Captain. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=295823 "You receive the
'This patch package could not be opened' errror message in Office 2003, in
Office XP, or in Office 2000". Use the cleanup utility to remove Windows
Installer entries related to Office 2003. Reboot. Then try to start,
repair, or uninstall/reinstall.
