Can't find outlook mailbox or account

I tired to set up a new mailbox and now I cannot find that OR my orginal box.
Outlook now opens up on a box I have never seen but has emails addressed to
me that stopped last February...can anyone help..I have been on hold wiht
tech support for an hour!!

Perhaps start by giving your version of OL and explain
exactly what you mean by 'set up a new mailbox'
