If I open an email message in Outlook 2003 and then close
the message, I can not reopen the message until I close
and reopen the Outlook program. I receive an error
message that states:
Can't open file..... The file may not exist, you may not
have permission to open it, or it may be open in another
program.....
Any ideas on how to correct this?
