One of my users in the UK is recieving the following
message when he tries to open an email.
"Can't open Itme. Could not complete operation b/c
service provider does not support it"
Anyone have any ideas. I found an article on this message
but only apply to a user that "replies" to an email. My
user can not open the email at all.
