Can't open mailbox that user is a delegate for

Well, here I am again.

Last week I had the issue where I couldn't add a mailbox to a user's
Entourage that he was a delegate for. I finally found the solution, which
was to change the alias on the mailbox to match the primary SMTP address.

Now, I'm trying to add three mailboxes to a user's Entourage that he is a
delegate for. They add, but they won't open. I added these same mailboxes
to the user's Outlook profile and they open fine.

I added these same mailboxes to my Entourage and they open fine.

So the issue seems to be just with his Entourage. The question is, how do I
get his Entourage to open the mailboxes? He has one other mailbox added to
his Entourage and it opens (he's had it for a long time). It is just the
three mailboxes I tried to add yesterday.

In summary:

1. His permissions are good (they open in Outlook)
2. The mailboxes are configured correctly (the open in my Entourage)
3. His Entourage is capable of opening a delegate mailbox (he has one that's
been added for a long time)

Is there some cache somewhere I can delete? Do I have to trash his identity
and start over? I'm trying to avoid that.

I wouldn't trash his existing identity but testing the new mailboxes in
another identity would be a good troubleshooting method.
