Can't open Outlook 2007 with Vista Home Premium

Outlook won't open...only get the banner then it freezes. Sometimes opens in
safe mode.

Just started about 10 days ago after having used Outlook for over a year on
this computer. Any suggestions?

Try deleting the (hidden) file %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat. If
that doesn't work, try a new mail profile.
