Can't open Outlook 97

I have been using the calendar in Outlook 97 with my XP, but now I can open
Outlook. It gives me the error message:

ModVer: 7.0.1.3
ModName: mcmapi.dll
Offset: 0000369f

Help. I readly need my calendar info.

it's a mcafee antivirus or antispam addin error. I'd uninstall mcafee,
especially if it's the antispam addin doing it.
