Can't See Thumbnail Images in Browsers - HELP!!

Michelle

I have thumbnail images in my FP Website that link to larger images. When I
preview the page in any browser, I can only see the text "Click Photo", but I
don't see the image to click on. I can see the thumbnail image if I look at
the page on another computer, but not on mine unless I view it in FP Preview
mode.

I've tried using the full path to no avail and I've tried thumbnails on
numerous other pages to get the same results.

Now this is really weird.

When I preview the page on my computer in IE or Netscape and click on "view
source" I see a large blank space in the HTML where the code should read
"<img border="2" src="images/lisa_001_small.jpg" width="100" height="100"
alt="Lisa">".

What I see in the source code is as follows:

"<p style="text-align: center">
<a target="_blank" href="final_exam.htm">

</a></p>

Note the huge blank space in the source code above between the <a
target="_blank" href="final_exam.htm"> and </a></p>. But this only happens
on my computer.

When I view the source code on any another computer, I see the correct code
and I don't understand why the code simply disappears and becomes a blank
space when viewing the source code in my browser.

I can go to other sites and sometimes I see the thumbnail images and
sometimes I don't. In all cases, I can see the images on other computers and
nobody can figure out what the problem is. (Windows XP SP2 maybe? - I don't
know)

Can somebody that really knows their stuff PLEASE, PLEASE help me figure
this out or direct me to the right spot or message board where I can find an
answer to this mysterious phenomenon?

It would really mean a lot to me.

Are you running a firewall or internet security program that protects
against advertising, such as Norton, ZoneAlarm or MacAfee?
These will remove the code associated with images the program "thinks"
are advertisements, either because the images have advertisement like
names (banner...,ad... or in a folder named banner.. etc.), or they
are sized as typical advertisements.
