Can't start Outlook 2K in normal

Hi all, I have a problem to start my Outlook 2K, I can't start it in normal, I can only open it by using with /safe parameter, I checked there has no any plug-in was started, I also re-created the user profile, the problem still occur. How can I resolve this problem?
