Can't Uninstall Office XP Small Business 2002

I'm getting weird errors. When I try to open Word I get "...no longer
functioning properly." When I try to open Excel I get "...feature...is not
available." When I try to check for updates I get "Windows Installer patch
files are missing." I figured I would uninstall and reinstall, but I when I
try to remove Office I get "...feature...is not available." It asks me to
insert the CD, but then I get "...patch package could not be opened." I
think that it is looking for the SBERET.MSI file, which is on the CD, but it
can't seem to open it. I CAN'T UNINSTALL!! Please help.

See if using the installer cleanup utility first
helps.
