Can't view faxes or html files in Outlook

Hi!

I just installed Outlook 2007 beta 2, and also the latest Technical Refresh.

Previously under Outlook 2007, my company's Exchange would send all faxes
into Outlook and I could read the faxes in Outlook itself (the faxes are in
..tif format). However after I installed the Technical Refresh, everytime I
try to read the faxes, I get this message "The file cannot be previewed. Try
opening the file in the program in which it was created."

When I try to double click to open the .tif file, it shows this message
"Cannot create file: FAX.TIF. Right-click the folder you want to create the
file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder."

Any help would be appreciated, thanks! :)

State your file association for TIF files.

That depends on your operating system. Normally one examines File
Associations in Windows Explorer. In Office 2007 TIF files should be set to
open with Microsoft Office Document Imagining.

Hi Russ,

I've already associated TIF with Microsoft Office Document Imagining.
However in Outlook 2007 I still cannot read the faxes.

What else is wrong?
