Change Display As

My Outlook Contacts are listed alphabetical by last name With the exception
of a few. When I change the Display As, The names do not move to the proper
alphabetical location. What am I doing wrong?

That depends on what you are doing. You haven't told us anything yet. We
don't even know to which Outlook version or view you are referring. Spell
out your question in detail realizing we aren't there to see what you are
doing.
