Change Duration Based on Links to Other Tasks

Task 2 must start at the end of task 1 - no problem. Task 2 must end at the
end of task 3. The start of task 3 is unrelated to Task 1 or task 2. As
task 3 gets extended (end date pushed out), I want Task 2 to also
automatically extend (automatically increase duration) with task 3, but have
the start of task 2 still be the day task 1 ends.

Any suggestions how to do this?
