Change Lookup value back to text

I accidentally changed one of my fields to a lookup field that takes multiple
values, but now I can't change it back to just a regular text field. How do I
do this?

I've tried to use an update query, but I can't seem to get the syntax right.

Hi Benjamin,

Is this in a form or a table? If it's a form, right click, select Change To
and Text Box. If you are trying to change the table, do this in the table
designer.
