change working time - adjust all days duration

Hi Guys,

I've a feeling that there could be a really obvious answer to this that
will have me slapping myself for my own stupidity, but I just can't
find it...

I've just completed an MS Project (MSP 2002) plan for the next 6 months
or so, but noticed that when I set the day length at the beginning, I
only managed to change Mondays to a non default time, and not the
entire week. The default time was 08:00 -> 17:00, but we have more
leisurely 09:00 -> 17:00 days around here.

The upshot is is that I've got all my durations and resources based on
a 9->5 day on Monday, then 8->5 every other day. How can I change all
the days to be 9->5? I've tried fiddling through the Tools->Change
Working Time menu, but can't work out how to change anything other than
a single day at a time...

Any help would be greatfully received!

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Hi,

Tools, Change Working tiome
(So far so good)
Select the T for Tuesday, the W for Wennedsday, the T for Thusrday, the F
for Friday.
Do NOT select any particular date.
Now change the working times.

But don't be surprised your plan looks differently!
If you don't understand read FAQ 5 (URL in my signature)

A bit late, but you'll appreciate that in the courses I give my very first
advice is : set working time and clendars right BEFORE ENTERING even the
first task.
