OS Win. XP Pro Office 2003.
I do not seem to be able to change the formatting of the size of letters and
the type of print in Word.
Whatever I do it reverts to size 14 and prints it in bold type, (it started
doing this few days ago)whilst I want size 12 and ordinary type, which I
always used!
What should I do to correct this? Thank you.

Try: Word. Format, Font. Select the font and characteristics you want.
Click the Default button at the bottom left of the font selection window.
