Changing a Access Database record with FrontPage

Hello,
I am trying to incorporate a simple registration type form on our web site.
I have reviewed some samples of displaying Access records on a web site and
sending data entered on a form to a database. What I would like to do is
display a set of records, in this case a list of available appointment times.
Based on that list the user would register for one of those times. I
envisioned a form in which the user would enter a appointment time and other
data like name and email address. Instead of adding a new record, the form
should update the record in the database. I would preload the database with
possible appointment times.

Can anyone give me some advice as to if this is possible and if so, samples
or a direction I should go to start?

Thanks in advance,
Joe
