Changing Ownership in Web Access

I have a question.

Our supervisor sets up our projects using a template. Our projects are all
the same but the durations change a bunch. He sets them up and publishes
them to the server with us as a resource. We then change the ownership of
the project from him to us but everytime we update a task he is the one that
has to approve the update. How can I set up our projects so that it doesn't
do that. We are all project managers and he is just our supervisor.

Changing the Owner of the project is not enough. You must also change the
Manager of the project using the steps detailed in the following link:
