Changing Themes

I created this website using FP2003 and its standard
themes.
After completion and publishing have elected to use a
DIFFERENT theme and now the website does not have any
background to it anymore.
I even deleted all files in the server manually, went
back to the original theme, etc.. Only the background is
affected (Nav bar, etc.. are fine).
Help please.

Did you apply the theme w/ the background (and vivid) option selected as the default for all pages

Yes, I did.
The strange part is that it previews fine in IE from the
hard drive yet when I uploaded it to the server it looses
the background.

Just created another website with only one word: "TEST"
and a theme which uploaded and previewed just fine.
I then proceeded to change its theme and when upload it
it also looses its background...
I am obviously missing something...

After you changed the theme did you go to | File | Save | your page ?
