changing where documents are saved and what opens to open document

I recently upgraded to Office 2007 and I love it. The only downfall in
Publisher, is I can't find a place to change what opens to select documents
and where you save them. The defaut is My Documents and I already have
everything in My Briefcase. Is there a way to change My Documents to My
Briefcase when opening files?

If you are using XP, when you do a save as, there is My Places option, put My
Briefcase into My Places, it is one more click.
If you are using Vista, there is a Favorite Links you can drag My Briefcase
into.
