clear all fields in forms

I have created a form to put in results of Dog Agility Trials. I will be
filling out the form myself and may have to do 50 on a given day. After
printing a form how can I quickly clear all the information so I am ready to
enter the information for the next competitor?

What sort of form is it? If you have a form saved as a template, then if
you just close the previous document and then use File>New to create a new
one from the template, the fields in the new template will be empty.
