Clipart

I have office 97 on a pc running windows XP. As administrator, I can open
all the clipart files, but other users cannot, is there anything I can do to
allow them the same access? I have had a quick look at the Office Knowledge
database, but cannot see the answer (but may have missed it).

You might need to change the Access rights to the folder(s) where the cliparts
are. I suggest login as administrator (or user with admin rights) and right
click on the folder

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Clipart

Change the access rights to "read by all users of this computer" or something
similar.

They say Windows XP is very secure!!!
