Comcast corrupt email

M

Marvin

Every day my POP mail account gets "stuck" when downloading from Outlook. I
have to go to my ISP's web mail site and delete the offending "corrupt"
email.

Then, all my emails will download to Outlook. Later in the day, another
corrupt email shows up and I have to do it again.

Where do these corrupt emails come from? Why can't my ISP stop them.
Looking for authoritative answers please.

Thank you!

What does "corrupt" mean? Your ISP isn't going to get in the business of
blocking mail (imagine the complaints that would generate). Who are the
messages from, and are they always the same/similar?
