Command line to add contacts

Is there a way in which I can add Contacts to my Exchange Server via command
line or other non-manual means?

I have an extensive list of names/info to add as contacts but I do not want
to have to manually enter each one.

Just for clarification, I am looking for a solution that could be executed
outside of the import facility in Outlook. More of a lights-out type effort
of adding/modifying Outlook contacts.

Thanks

there is a utility for disaster recovery and mergin of outlook data
from Microsoft.

The utility is called xmerge, or exmerge .

I had to use it a few years back on a dead NT server with Exchange 5.

I don't remember the details, and don't know if they have a version
that works with the newer Exchange implementations, but it's worth a
shot.
If I remember correctlly, it only lets you export mailboxes in their
entirety.
