% Complete & rollups

I've been told that there is a glich in 2002 regarding
Tasks not reflecting 100% complete when ALL subtasks are
100% complete.
Can someone confirm this for me and tell me if there is a
fix for this?

If you are seeing a summary task marked as 99% complete, even though all of
its subtasks are 100% complete, then I don't believe you are seeing a
glitch. Instead, I believe you have missed marking a milestone as 100%
complete when that milestone is a subtask of that summary task. In order
for a summary task to be marked 100% complete automatically, every one of
its subtasks must be marked as 100% complete, including milestones. Let me
