Conditional Requirement on form

Hello,

I am not familiar with conditional requirements(one field is required IF
another is entered) but i have a form that has a field for an invoice number
and a field for an amount.....There must always be an amount if an invoice
number is entered.How do you set this up between these two fields to force
the user to enter both?
