Configuration?

I hope someone out there can help me with this. I recently
acquired a new job. One of the first requirements were to
set up Outlook, in order to email one another. As I have
experience using Outlook, unfortunately, I do not have the
know how on how to configure it. How do I allow both of us
to access OUTLOOK under more than one name? I hope I
haven't confused anyone besides myself.

ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ME, I AM SO DESPERATE AT THIS POINT. I
WOULD LIKE TO KEEP MY NEW JOB.
