Configuring 2003 with 2000 edition

The 2003 version of microsoft outlook does not allow
access to archived files stored from version 2000
Microsoft Outlook. Can anyone suggest a cheap solution
so that I may view my archived files from the 2003
version of microsoft outlook?

Your syntax is a bit fractured. I take it you are archiving from Outlook
2003 and trying to read the archived PST in Outlook 2000?
If so, you would have to create an archived PST in the older format. The
only way to do that is with the File > New > Outlook Data File command.
