connect to data source Access/SQL

I designed a template from scratch with the data source myFields. Now I would
like to connect to a database, like MS Access and/or MS SQL to submit/store
the data. How can I do this? Does InfoPath creates a database based on these
fields or do I have to create a db and develop a table or tables before to
connect?

Hello:

Without a webservice or code to submit your data in your form, I'm afraid
you'll need to start from scratch. To create a form that can both submit and
recieve data from Access or SQL, you need to create the database and then
base your form off it. When you go to design a new form, you'll see that one
of your choices is to base it off a database. Please see this link for more
