The task form has a contact field.

How could I display a phone number from the contact item mentioned in the
field?

Thanks

With the contact field you can link to contacts in your Contacts folder.
Doubleclick on it to open the contact as see the information you entered for
the contact.

Thanks Roady - I apologize beacuse I was not clear.

I would like to add the column "phone number" in the view where I have
the list of tasks. In this way, I would be able to see the list of
people to call and thair phone number.

Thanks

A bit more clear now indeed :)

Anyway; You can't as the telephone number is not a task property but a
contact property. You can however use the Notes section for this and have
the Notes column shown in the View. Another way to go would be to create a
custom form for this and define the field yourself and possibly link it to
the telephone number of the Contact so it would fill automaticlly. However
this will involve quite a bit of programming. For more info on that see
http://www.outlookcode.com/ or ask in the outlook.program_forms newsgroup
