Contacts Not Appearing

I created a new OU called Contacts and added a few users to them, but when I
go into Outlook to write an email, and select "All Contacts" to look up their
address, the don't appear. Any reason for this?

It's been 24 hours since I added them.

Whoops...my fault. I wanted to post this Exchange Admin. I posted it here by
mistake. OU refers to Organizational Unit in Active Directory. Thanks.
