Create a new PST and in that PST a COntacts folder. Copy to this folder the
Contact records you wish to share. Close the PST, stop and restart Outlook
and mail that PST to the person (or transfer it to them in whatever way is
convenient for you both). That person can then open that PST in his or her
Outlook and gain access to the folder you created with its contained
information.
